Manager Civil is responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and meeting project goals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.
Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory codes and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and recommendations.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or failures.
Maintain accurate records of project plans, contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Provide detailed project completion reports and handover documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 10-15 years in civil construction or project management roles.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Familiarity with local regulations and building codes.
