Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
Assist in resetting the user’s password, account setups and access permissions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches and system backups.
Monitor the performance of it systems and networks, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
Install, configure and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Manage hardware inventory and ensure proper documentation of all it assets.
Diagnose hardware problems and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
Assist in setting up and maintaining local area networks (lans) and wide area networks (wans).
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network configuration.
Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with other it professionals and teams to resolve complex issues.
