Graphic Designer

This role requires managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving industry trends to incorporate innovative design solutions. The Graphic Designer is responsible for editing and retouching images for use in hospital publications and social media channels. This position demands collaboration with various departments to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for hospital events and awareness initiatives. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the Graphic Designer must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle diverse assignments assigned by the line manager efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities

Design visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and presentations.
Assist in creating marketing materials that align with the hospitals branding and communication strategy.
Develop engaging graphics to support patient education, awareness campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Edit and retouch images to enhance quality for use in hospital publications and social media platforms.
Ensure consistency in design elements across all channels and adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for hospital events and awareness programs.
Stay informed about current design trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality designs.
Support other relevant design-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
