Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Qualification:

MBA/BBA in supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
