Supervise and ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring security staff and all activities on-site.
Manage and coordinate the daily security operations, ensuring that the site is secured at all times.
Monitor surveillance equipment, such as CCTV cameras, and respond quickly to security breaches or emergencies.
Maintain detailed records of security incidents, reports, and any irregularities, and submit them to higher authorities.
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies while enforcing safety rules and regulations across the facility.
Be available for immediate action in case of emergencies or security incidents, requiring flexibility in working hours and shifts.
Strong physical presence and ability to handle situations requiring a calm, decisive approach.
Having previous experience as a retired subedar or equivalent in a military or security role is preferred.
Minimum age between 40-45 years with a reliable and disciplined background suitable for supervisory roles in security operations.
