We are looking for an Assistant Accountant for our office based in Lahore, responsibilities will be as below:
- Sales and purchase data entries on a daily basis (software and manual)
- Filing and record keeping of bills (sales & purchase)
- Payments and receiving data entries on a daily basis (software and manual)
- Stock of goods maintained on daily basis (software & Manual)
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Working on sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Working on Sales Tax Invoices on a monthly basis
- Maintain all bank transactions on a daily basis (software and manual)
- Filing & record keeping of bank documents (Payment & receiving bank transactions.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Recording and filing cash transactions
