We are looking for an Assistant Accountant for our office based in Lahore, responsibilities will be as below:

  • Sales and purchase data entries on a daily basis (software and manual)
  • Filing and record keeping of bills (sales & purchase)
  • Payments and receiving data entries on a daily basis (software and manual)
  • Stock of goods maintained on daily basis (software & Manual)
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Working on sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Working on Sales Tax Invoices on a monthly basis
  • Maintain all bank transactions on a daily basis (software and manual)
  • Filing & record keeping of bank documents (Payment & receiving bank transactions.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Recording and filing cash transactions
