Key responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, original content that aligns with the organization's brand identity and goals. This includes text, images, videos, and interactive media for various social media platforms.
  • Go into the field to produce compelling video content that explains and showcases the organization's projects. Manage all aspects of video production from planning to shooting to editing using appropriate music, effects and transitions. Product placement mainly with mobile phone camera.
  • Shoot and edit short-form videos, specifically reels, for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Utilize creative storytelling and editing techniques to capture audience attention and increase engagement. Mainly done through mobile camera and apps.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Ability to speak fluently in both Urdu and English in front of the camera, effectively communicating and engaging with a diverse audience.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing and communications team to ensure that social media strategies align with broader marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
  • Act as a brand advocate on social media, ensuring that all content and interactions promote and enhance the organization’s image and values.
  • Continuously optimize social media content based on feedback and analytics to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events, ensuring that all content meets campaign objectives and messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Optimize Reels for maximum engagement and reach on our social media.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in creating engaging and viral content for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of video editing software and techniques (e.g., Mobile phone editing software etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling and creative skills with a knack for producing clever and humorous content.
  • Ability to work out of city (All over Pakistan) with team and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
