We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, and financially driven Call Center Agent (Female only) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow Customer Service script provided by company.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain Records of conversations with customer and analyze Data
  • Upsell other Products whenever possible
