The SalesMan operates independently, without supervisory responsibilities, but plays an important role in driving sales and representing the company positively. The SalesMan contributes actively to meeting sales targets by leveraging excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. They work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service. Attention to detail, patience, and persuasive communication are key qualities for this role, which involves direct customer interaction and handling product inquiries.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate jewelry products based on their needs and budget.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships using effective communication and follow-up techniques.
Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed and shelves are stocked.
Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities to help track performance and customer trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to provide customers with up-to-date information.
