Social Media Manager

Al-Khair Gadoon Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute impactful social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires managing multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube through hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of proven digital marketing expertise and excels at creating compelling content, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing digital marketing efforts within fast-paced industry environments. A creative mindset combined with strong project management and communication skills is essential to succeed in achieving marketing objectives. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for devising content calendars, executing digital campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive actionable insights. The position is based in-office, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams without direct team management responsibilities. Candidates with experience in Foam & Mattress, Furniture, Home Furnishing, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail sectors will have added advantages. A portfolio demonstrating prior successful social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives is highly preferred to showcase expertise and creativity in this domain.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company marketing goals to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to maximize return on investment.
Design and oversee social media content calendars ensuring timely publication and alignment with marketing initiatives and company events.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and inform planning decisions.
Utilize SEO best practices to improve content reach and organic search visibility across digital channels.
Collaborate with creative teams using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut to produce compelling visuals and video content.
Employ social media management and scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) to streamline daily operations and postings.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Engage with online communities professionally to foster relationships, resolve issues, and enhance customer experience.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders to align social media campaigns with broader marketing and sales strategies.
Manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Assist in email marketing efforts and brand management tasks as needed to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Maintain a portfolio reflecting successful social media campaigns and digital marketing contributions to demonstrate expertise and creativity.
