Leading Foam/ Furniture brand requires a Production Engineer
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven track record as Production Engineer
Qualifications: Chemical/ Plymer Engineer / DAE Mechanical
Job Description:
- Plan control and evaluate the daily production as per the production plan
- Ensure new material to be used meets the desired quality
- Ensure the Production Plan is drafted as per demand set off by the supply chain, with periodic adjustments as & when required.
- Ensure the quality of production at the plant (zero off-spec batches will a key KPI for this position)
- Responsible for any debottlenecking at plant w.r.t new modifications executed at site
- Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment activities in plant premises.
- Generating and maintaining different reports and analyses with regards to plant and production
- Liaison with supply chain, purchase & maintenance departments in lieu with machine maintenance & material availability for production run
- Candidates having chemical industry experience are encouraged to apply and will be preferred.
