Account Executive

The successful candidate plays a critical role in maintaining the organization's financial health and operational efficiency. They handle payroll processing, budgeting, and financial analysis, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous bookkeeping and journal entry management. The Account Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the overall financial objectives of the company while adhering strictly to statutory requirements. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools are essential to this role. The position demands strong analytical abilities to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues promptly, supporting sound decision-making and strategic planning at Al-Khair Gadoon Ltd.
Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Perform bank reconciliations daily to maintain balanced accounts and identify errors or discrepancies.
Prepare and review journal entries to ensure proper recording in the general ledger.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and update financial statements regularly.
Support payroll processing activities ensuring compliance with relevant tax and labor regulations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with auditors and assist in audit preparations as needed.
Monitor budgets and expenses to support the financial planning process.
Ensure compliance with sales tax, income tax, withholding tax, and other statutory regulations.
Utilize ERP and accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or Peachtree to streamline financial processes.
Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and best practices relevant to the manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
Work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple financial tasks concurrently.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to provide financial information and respond to inquiries.
Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
