You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Your leadership will contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure employees are well-informed.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
