We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive lead generation for our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic ranking.
  • Manage and analyze website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create high-quality and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) for various social media platforms (qe.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc) that attracts potential buyers and showcases our properties.
  • Manage and nurture leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, web development, and graphic design, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the budget allocated for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
