Al-Fattah Aluminium & Glass Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Manager to lead its accounts department and oversee the companys financial operations. The ideal candidate has between 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial building materials, or glass and aluminium industries. This role requires managing the full spectrum of financial activities, including plant accounting, supply chain finance, tax compliance, banking finance operations, and comprehensive financial reporting. The Accounts Manager reports directly to the Directors and plays a key role in driving financial strategy, optimizing working capital, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Accounts Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 8 finance professionals. This leadership role entails building the teams capability, approving high-value transactions, and directing workflow improvements using enterprise ERP systems. The candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and extensive experience with taxation, cost accounting, statutory reporting, and banking operations. The position requires proficiency in ERP software such as SAP Financials, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms and ability to handle complex financial reconciliations and audits.
Responsibilities

Oversee complete accounting operations including monthly closings, profit and loss statements, and balance sheet preparation to ensure precise and timely financial records.
Develop and maintain rolling budgets, financial models, variance analysis, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making by the executive board.
Manage end-to-end direct and indirect corporate taxation processes, ensuring timely and accurate e-filings for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax with relevant authorities.
Lead coordination with tax consultants for audit proceedings, notices, assessments, and appeals to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
Ensure full compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) corporate regulations, statutory filings, and legal documentation.
Manage company liquidity by monitoring and controlling daily cash flows, accounts payable for raw materials, and receivables from ongoing projects.
Administer trade finance activities including Letters of Credit (LCs) for imported machinery and raw materials, bank guarantees, and credit facility renewals with commercial banks.
Optimize working capital management to support continuous factory production and on-time project delivery within budget constraints.
Implement strict internal financial controls across factory, warehouse, procurement, and sales divisions to prevent inventory leakages and financial discrepancies.
Supervise both internal and statutory external audit processes from initiation to completion to ensure transparency and adherence to regulatory standards.
Optimize and manage daily accounting workflows using enterprise ERP systems, driving process efficiencies and data accuracy.
Lead, mentor, and build the capabilities of the factory and corporate finance team of 8 members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Authorize high-value vendor payments, payroll disbursements, and resolve complex bank and inventory account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best financial practices to continuously improve departmental processes and compliance.
