In this role, you will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content for a variety of platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to bring innovative ideas to life and enhance our visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Videography: Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional videos, and internal communications.
  • Pre-production & Planning: Collaborate with the creative team to plan and prepare for video shoots, including storyboarding, shot lists, and scheduling.
  • Post-production: Edit raw footage into finished videos, adding graphics, music, sound, and effects as needed to create polished, on-brand content.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and operate video equipment (cameras, lighting, sound) to ensure high-quality production.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers and marketers, to ensure videos meet project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Content Adaptation: Modify and optimize video content for different platforms (e.g., social media, websites, YouTube) to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the final product meets company standards for quality, consistency, and visual appeal.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ year of professional experience in videography or video production, including experience in both filming and editing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong knowledge of video cameras, lighting techniques, and sound equipment.
  • Creative Vision: A strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to tell a compelling story through video.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a creative team.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your previous videography and video production work is required.

Preferred Skills (Optional, but a Plus):

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects).
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
  • Basic audio editing or sound design skills.
