Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team and handle all sales-related queries. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and sales awareness to effectively bridge the gap between the Sales team and Management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales teams
Ensure the quality of sales-related equipment, updating as necessary
Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Prepare quotations
Follow up on payments or arrange physical recovery as needed
Reconcile customer ledgers
Trace customer payments and report to accounts
Merge customer orders according to provided formats
Coordinate with sales personnel and the factory for order delivery
Handle order processing and delivery with accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with customers regarding unforeseen delays, issues, complaints, and feedback to provide a high level of customer service
Visit customers when required
Coordinate with Stores, Production, and other relevant departments
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Perform other tasks as specified by the company from time to time
Complete any additional tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a sales-related role
Well-organized with a strong aptitude for problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
