Business Development Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Engineer-Waterproofing to join our team and handle all sales queries. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and sales awareness, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between our products/ services and the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for waterproofing products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors to foster loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify and explore new markets, channels, and business opportunities to expand the reach of waterproofing products.
Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the competitiveness of the waterproofing product range.
