• Assist in the development of company vision, mission and corporate strategy in coordination with CSO to ensure the company maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders.
  • Contribute to the translation of the company’s overarching strategy into business plans and ensure that the performance is effectively monitored and managed to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that Objectives are set for the entire organization.
  • Assist in optimum organization structure for the company & function and direct the development of departmental structures to ensure optimal utilization of department resources and communication between staff.
  • Develop a performance management system to identify the GAP between expected and actual performance.
  • Ensure that the performance appraisal covers all aspects of particular competencies required for that position, employee performance, and training needs and provides room for feedback from employees and managers.
  • Ensure that the formal & informal appraisals are completed within the prescribed time period for all eligible employees.
  • Ensure that the individual appraisals are linked to the individual SMART objectives and are measured accordingly with the target date.
  • Ensure that a system is in place to manage a record of employee performance that can be used for administrative purposes which include but are not limited to training, promotions, transfers, grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions and even termination.
  • Work closely with all departments to develop policies and procedures and update them as and when required.

Requirments:

  • BBA OR MBA
  • 5 Years of Experience in Organizational Development
  • Strong Skills in Preparing Power point presentations
  • Policies and Procedures including Workflows
  • Balance Scorecard exprience
