Al Barka Trading is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships in the field. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to negotiate and drive sales growth while working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, the candidate will lead a team of 8 persons, ensuring strong coordination and effective achievement of sales targets. As a Field Sales Officer managing a team of sales professionals, you will play a key role in coaching, guiding, and developing your team to maximize their sales potential and meet company goals. You will oversee daily sales activities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives. This leadership position demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new sales prospects by conducting market research and customer outreach in designated territories.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 8 sales officers to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and performance.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients to secure business agreements.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements with customers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitors activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Report sales performance and team progress to senior management and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations at all times.
