Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and finishing activities.
- Manage and coordinate workers on site.
- Supervise tile installation, doors & windows work.
- Coordinate plumbing and electrical work.
- Supervise painting and finishing work.
- Manage façade and stone finishing work.
- Check workmanship and ensure quality standards.
- Identify and resolve construction/finishing issues.
- Ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
- Coordinate different trades to maintain smooth project progress.
