Responsible for supervision of routine electrical maintenance operations including testing components and HVAC of ACUK buildings in use.
Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring completeness with efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and oversee inspection plans for electrical equipment such as UPS, batteries, lighting systems, and fans, ensuring thorough record-keeping
Responsible to plan and maintain a duty roaster ensuring the availability of team around the clock at ACUK.
Responsible for maintaining record of all maintenance activities performed under his supervision.
Responsible for ensuring that employees properly follow electrical work Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety measures during routine work.
Responsible to maintain record of electrical switches and supplies installed at different locations of buildings of ACUK.
Prepare and obtain approval of routine inspection plans and ensure its implementation by the team.
Responsible to maintain and update the necessary documents i.e. electrical drawings of all buildings of ACUK.
Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor to determine a routine maintenance project's economic feasibility and recommend for its final approval.
Responsible for maintaining MOQ for electrical material items in store based on its requirements.
Responsible for taking measures in order to maintain physical stock levels always in reconciliation with ERP balances.
To ensure the execution of construction projects (electrical part only including HVAC) as per approved monthly plans and report any discrepancies on immediate basis.
To ensure the quality of electrical material used in construction projects as per the monthly approved plans.
Use design software to plan and schedule the project management activities, monitor the timelines and report any delays immediately.
Ensure all routine activities are performed in accordance with the engineering protocols to eliminate human life & financial loss risks.
