Job Summary:

As a Sales Supervisor for Market Sales at AK Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence within the pharmaceutical distribution sector. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of sales representatives to ensure the attainment of individual and team-based sales goals.
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies to bolster market share and revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify untapped business prospects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical establishments to optimize brand visibility and product positioning.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure the seamless execution of sales plans and punctual product distribution.
  • Provide consistent performance feedback, training, and coaching to the sales team to elevate their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Create and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team.
  • Monitor sales data and track progress against predefined targets, adapting strategies and tactics as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry, encompassing market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, coupled with the aptitude to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal proficiencies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
