Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage all financial day-to-day activities, budgeting, and all bank-related matters. Also, the candidate should have good knowledge and experience in international trade, Incoterms, and international financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Compute the currency exchange rates.
Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
Helped the procurement department finalize and prepare the quotation.

Requirements and skills

05 Years of Work experience as an Accountant.
Must have Banking experience and also have knowledge about LCs and bank Guarantees.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
