Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization's clients, managing accounts, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounts department.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Supervise and train junior accounting staff.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, focusing on managing accounts.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Vlookup, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
