Ajaix is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Full Stack Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB, and demonstrate solid abilities in API development and RESTful service design. This role requires a proactive developer who can efficiently handle asynchronous programming, integrate APIs seamlessly, and contribute to the development of highly responsive and scalable web applications. The position is suitable for professionals with at least two years of relevant experience who enjoy working independently and collaboratively within an agile environment. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the developer will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
This role demands strong JavaScript logic, excellent problem-solving skills, and precision in API integration and design. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and workflows involving GitHub is essential for streamlined collaboration and code management. Candidates with the ability to type quickly, maintaining at least 70 words per minute, have an advantage. Experience with AI tools is considered a valuable asset. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code with a strong focus on asynchronous JavaScript programming.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in version control using Git and GitHub, including branching strategies and workflow management.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and profiling to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, APIs, and development processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance and user interface responsiveness to deliver an excellent user experience.
- Demonstrate strong JavaScript logic to efficiently solve complex problems during development and debugging phases.
- Manage time effectively to meet project milestones, balancing fast typing skills and coding accuracy to enhance productivity.
