We are seeking a talented and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kids clothing. Your primary goal will be creating engaging social media content, managing our social media, Customer Support and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases our products and highlights the benefits of our services.
- Effectively managing social media groups in order to create and engage customer queries (lead generation) Manage and oversee social media content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with our followers.
- Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.
- Providing customer support to our customers on calls, social media, WhatsApp and Daraz.
- Follow up with internal team and courier partners in order to ensure timely delivery of product to our customers.
- Usage of WhatsApp marketing tool to spread brand awareness.
- Submission of weekly reports of the tasks that are undertaken during the week.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Canva, adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop and video editing tools).
- Ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven Experience in Customer support and marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
