  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless travel arrangements.
  • Stay informed about ticketing systems and technology.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in airline reservation systems like Amadeus or Sabre
  • Strong understanding of airline routes, schedules, and fares
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers with bookings and inquiries
  • Attention to detail for accurate ticketing and itinerary planning
  • Ability to handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently
  • Problem-solving abilities to address issues such as overbooking or flight delays
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations to assist customers with relevant information.
