Davinci resolve video Editor

Aipix Visuals is seeking a skilled Davinci Resolve Video Editor with at least two years of experience using Davinci Resolve software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling video content by expertly applying video editing, color grading, and media management techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of the software's advanced features such as Fusion visual effects, color page functionalities, and audio post-production processes. The editor will work closely within a collaborative environment, managing timelines, applying effects, and ensuring seamless workflow and final delivery of polished content that meets the companys high-quality standards. The candidate should have strong attention to detail and proficiency in various facets of post-production, including motion graphics integration, keyframe animation, and LUTs application. They will be tasked with executing complex video compositing and encoding tasks, managing export presets, and maintaining track organization through locking, muting, and layering. Though this position does not involve team management, it demands excellent collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments to deliver projects on time while maintaining creative excellence.
Responsibilities

Perform high-quality video editing using Davinci Resolve, ensuring smooth and engaging visual storytelling.
Apply advanced color grading and correction techniques by utilizing the Davinci Resolve Color Page and Color Grading Workflow to achieve specific looks and enhance image quality.
Manage media assets efficiently, including importing, organizing, and tracking footage throughout the edit.
Integrate motion graphics and visual effects using Fusion Visual Effects tools and motion graphics templates.
Conduct audio post-production tasks such as syncing, mixing, and refining audio tracks to complement the video content.
Operate timeline editing features including keyframe animation, track management, track layering, locking, and muting to maintain precise editing control.
Implement LUTs (Look-Up Tables) and color grading profiles consistently across projects to maintain brand aesthetics and style.
Execute video compositing and effects application to add depth and creativity to video projects.
Manage exporting and delivery processes, handling video encoding, export presets, and delivery formats tailored to project requirements.
Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Maintain organized project files and archives to support efficient workflow and future revisions.
Stay updated on the latest features and best practices within Davinci Resolve and general post-production techniques to continually enhance output quality.
