Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Supervision: Oversee and manage administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the corporate office.
  2. Office Management: Lead in the organization and coordination of administrative procedures and systems, ensuring the smooth flow of office activities.
  3. Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce corporate policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a compliant and professional working environment.
  4. Resource Allocation: Manage office resources effectively, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities, to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
  5. Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on administrative matters.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports, maintain accurate records, and oversee documentation related to administrative activities.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control by reviewing administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 35K-40K in a supervisory role within a corporate office administrative setting.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate administrative staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling various administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office management software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications or coursework in office administration are a plus.
