Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code using the Laravel framework.
Lead a team of 20 developers by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Plan, architect, and implement application features according to project guidelines and timelines.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new functionalities.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Review and optimize existing codebase to enhance application performance and maintainability.
Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the development team.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs while devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues rapidly.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development processes, application architectures, and system dependencies.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve development efficiency and product quality.
