Supply Chain Executive

Ailaaj is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or reporting roles. This position requires a candidate with a strong foundation in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, ERP Systems, Data Analysis, and Demand Planning. The ideal individual holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline and demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role involves supporting the supply chain operations across multiple functions while adapting to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close coordination with other departments to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete goods.
Utilize ERP systems to track orders, shipments, and supply chain performance metrics.
Analyze demand planning data to forecast inventory requirements accurately and support production scheduling.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records and generate reports on supply chain activities, analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Support cross-functional teams by providing supply chain insights and data-driven recommendations.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges and streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures throughout the supply chain cycle.
Adapt to changing demands and work effectively in a dynamic environment to meet organizational goals.
