Outbound Sales Executive

Ailaaj is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to drive the growth of our pharmacy software ecosystem by acquiring retail pharmacies for our innovative Ailaaj POS solution. This position involves field-based sales activities, where the executive will actively visit pharmacies, demonstrate the product's features and benefits, complete sales transactions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.

Responsibilities

Visit retail pharmacies regularly to present and demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of the Ailaaj POS solution.
Engage in targeted sales prospecting to identify and develop new pharmacy clients within the assigned territory.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstration, negotiation, to closing sales agreements.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new pharmacy clients to ensure smooth implementation and effective use of the POS software.
Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Develop a deep understanding of the Ailaaj POS product and pharmacy industry trends to tailor sales presentations to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product and sales processes.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth goals of Ailaaj.
Build and sustain strong relationships with pharmacy customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with competitive products and market changes to maintain a strategic advantage in sales efforts.
