This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate communication plans for product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and various events while maintaining the companys reputation and public presence. In addition to external communication management, the Communications & Public Relations Executive oversees content and brand communications by developing style guides, messaging frameworks, and communication standards to align with the organizations identity. The role also involves crisis communication, preparing high-impact corporate materials, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and managing detailed reporting and documentation to monitor PR effectiveness. Candidates should have between two to five years of experience in communications or PR and be proficient with relevant digital tools that support strategic communication efforts. This position requires an individual who is highly organized and able to handle multiple communication streams without managing a team.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to support company objectives.
  • Draft clear and compelling press releases, announcements, newsletters, official statements, and company updates that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all company channels to strengthen brand positioning and reputation.
  • Design and implement communication plans for product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance media visibility.
  • Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public appearances that align with communication goals.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare timely and accurate media monitoring reports to analyze public sentiment and track campaign impact.
  • Lead crisis communication initiatives, develop proactive communication plans, and manage reputation in sensitive situations.
  • Create and update the companys communication style guide, messaging frameworks, and brand communication standards to ensure uniformity.
  • Define and enforce communication templates, tone of voice, presentation guidelines, and content best practices across all departments.
  • Review and provide strategic input on corporate communication materials, including company profiles, executive presentations, brochures, and other high-impact collateral.
  • Support thought leadership by developing executive messaging, articles, blog posts, opinion pieces, and corporate communications that highlight company expertise.
  • Coordinate engagement efforts with partners, vendors, investors, media representatives, and other stakeholders to strengthen collaborations.
  • Assist in planning and communication for corporate events, conferences, webinars, partnerships, and public engagements to maximize outreach.
  • Help leadership prepare speeches, keynote addresses, presentations, and official public statements that align with the companys communication strategy.
  • Maintain comprehensive media databases and keep detailed records of communication activities for reference and strategy improvement.
  • Track key performance metrics for PR activities, analyze campaign effectiveness, and produce monthly reports to guide decision-making.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, PR monitoring software, ClickUp, and basic AI content tools like ChatGPT and Claude for communication management.
