This individual will lead and manage the Associates, ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Senior Partner of the Healthcare Vertical, the Manager will oversee projects focusing on patient and employee experiences, change management, and leadership development solutions for healthcare clients in the U.S. and across the globe. The role combines leadership, strategic oversight, and client engagement to drive meaningful impact for clients and their organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead and mentor the team of Healthcare Consulting Associates, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure Associates deliver high-quality outputs aligned with project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Client Engagement and Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Partner with clients to understand their challenges, define project objectives, and design tailored solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients on improving patient and employee experience, change management, and leadership development.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple consulting projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
  • Review and approve Associates’ work, ensuring deliverables meet A.I. MIR’s quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Research and Solution Development

  • Guide research efforts on patient and employee experience trends, benchmarks, and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to design innovative change management solutions and leadership development journeys.
  • Ensure insights and recommendations are actionable and aligned with client objectives.

Change Management and Leadership Development

  • Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies to drive cultural and operational transformation within client organizations.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs and workshops that promote synergy and collaboration.

Innovation and Thought Leadership

  • Stay informed about global healthcare trends, patient experience innovations, and leadership development best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and tools for the Healthcare Vertical.
  • Represent A.I. MIR at industry events, webinars, and forums, sharing insights and building the firm’s brand.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • MBBS, MPH, or other healthcare-related degrees are preferred.
  • Advanced degrees in business administration, organizational psychology, or healthcare management are a strong advantage.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, change management, or leadership development.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects for healthcare clients, particularly in the U.S. or global markets.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Experience with change management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of leadership development frameworks and tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
