We are looking for a creative, curious, self-motivated, and highly driven AI Intern to join our IT startup. This role suits individuals who enjoy exploring how things work, identifying meaningful problems, experimenting with new technologies, and building practical solutions. As an intern, you will engage with modern AI and software technologies to prototype ideas and develop products that address real-world challenges at scale. We prioritize independent thinking, experimentation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills over rote memorization. Key Responsibilities
- Identify real-world problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI or technology can create meaningful impact.
- Develop creative ideas into working prototypes, experiments, and practical solutions.
- Research and experiment with modern AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and models.
- Build and test AI-powered features, proof-of-concepts, and small applications.
- Collaborate with team members to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Explore different approaches, test assumptions, analyze results, and continuously improve solutions.
- Utilize AI tools effectively for research, coding, experimentation, automation, and productivity.
- Independently learn new technologies and apply them to real projects.
- Work closely with developers, product thinkers, and other team members to transform ideas into usable products.
- Document experiments, findings, failures, and lessons learned.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original, sometimes unconventional, ideas.
- Propose creative and innovative approaches beyond obvious solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, EdTech, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a deep curiosity about AI, software, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to understand concepts thoroughly rather than relying on memorization.
- Willingness to experiment, learn from mistakes, and persistently improve.
- Capability to research and learn unfamiliar technologies independently and collaboratively.
- Creative thinking with the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine interest in building practical solutions beyond academic achievements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience is not mandatory; however, projects, experiments, GitHub repositories, university projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or AI experiments are highly valued.
- Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, fundamental programming concepts, APIs, Git/GitHub, REST APIs, JSON, basic databases, AI/ML fundamentals, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents is desirable.
- Strong soft skills including excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Hybrid remote work location based in Swat.
- Internship stipend ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs30,000 per month.
