Store Keeper

Ahmad Group is seeking an experienced Store Keeper with at least three years of experience to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, ensuring efficient material handling and smooth organization within the storage facilities. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently while handling record keeping and inventory control, supporting the overall supply chain process at Ahmad Group. This position is ideal for someone with solid knowledge of stock management software and basic computer skills such as MS Excel. The Store Keeper will serve a critical function by monitoring stock levels, receiving and organizing incoming goods, and maintaining clean and organized warehouse environments. Ahmad Group values individuals who are honest, reliable, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation to support inventory accuracy and operational transparency. This position does not involve managing a team but requires self-driven organization and communication with other departments.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and materials according to company standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using stock management software and manual documentation.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
Implement and follow efficient warehouse operations and material handling procedures to promote safety and productivity.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement or purchasing teams for replenishment as needed.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of items to facilitate easy retrieval and minimize damage or loss.
Prepare stock reports and assist in inventory audits to support management decisions.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse or storage area to comply with safety and operational standards.
Use basic computer applications such as MS Excel to update inventory logs and generate reports.
Collaborate with other departments to provide timely information on stock availability and inventory status.
Adhere to company policies regarding stock security, safety, and confidentiality.
Assist in training new storekeepers or warehouse assistants if required, fostering knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
