Store Keeper

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for managing stock records, organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring efficient storage procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills and reliability to maintain accurate records and support smooth warehouse operations. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory software and MS Excel are essential to perform daily tasks effectively. The Store Keeper operates independently without team management responsibilities, focusing on maintaining proper stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring the accuracy of warehouse documentation. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and manual systems.
Control stock levels by monitoring incoming and outgoing goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
Organize warehouse layout to maximize storage space and ensure easy accessibility of materials.
Conduct regular stock audits to verify stock quantities and report discrepancies promptly.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to confirm order accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to update stock status and requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Prepare and maintain reports related to stock transactions, inventory levels, and stock movement.
Utilize MS Excel and inventory software proficiently for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Safeguard materials and equipment against loss, damage, or theft by following company procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities.
