Using devices such as smartphones, headsets, or computer microphones, contributors ensure the delivery of precise voice recordings following strict guidelines designed to meet our project's needs. This position requires a keen ear for accents and dialects and a strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and confidentiality throughout the data collection and annotation process. In addition to recording, contributors transcribe and annotate spoken content accurately, identifying speaker changes and adhering to formatting and timestamping standards. The role emphasizes quality assurance by encouraging active engagement with feedback and meticulous review of all transcriptions and annotations. While this position does not involve team management, it requires collaboration with project teams for continuous quality improvement and compliance with company data standards. Responsibilities

Record clear, high-quality audio data in multiple languages using prescribed devices including smartphones, headsets, or computer microphones.
Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with fellow contributors or complete pre-assigned individual recording prompts as per project requirements.
Strictly follow recording guidelines to ensure optimal audio quality and compliance with project standards.
Complete assigned recording sessions accurately and within defined project deadlines.
Accurately transcribe recorded speech, capturing exact spoken words without summarizing or altering the content.
Identify and mark speaker changes using appropriate timestamps and formatting consistent with project guidelines.
Review completed transcriptions and annotations thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
Maintain high levels of attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy throughout all tasks.
Adhere to company and project policies related to data privacy, confidentiality, and information security.
Respond promptly to quality review feedback and make necessary revisions to meet quality benchmarks.
Utilize speech quality assessment tools and familiar voice data platforms to enhance the accuracy and integrity of data.
Employ data anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information in voice and language data.
Collaborate effectively with project teams to address language-related challenges and improve overall data quality processes.
Escalate any unclear or problematic recordings or language issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with established transcription, annotation, and quality assurance standards consistently.
