We are looking for a creative, curious, and self-motivated Agentic AI Intern to join our IT startup. This role suits individuals passionate about understanding how things work, identifying meaningful problems, experimenting with cutting-edge technology, and building practical AI-powered solutions. You will work hands-on with modern AI and software technologies to prototype ideas and contribute to products that solve real-world challenges at scale. Key Responsibilities
- Identify real-world problems and opportunities where AI or technology can create significant impact.
- Develop working prototypes, experiments, and practical AI-driven solutions.
- Research and experiment with current AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and models.
- Build and test AI-powered features, proof-of-concepts, and small applications.
- Collaborate with the team to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Explore various approaches, test assumptions, analyze outcomes, and iteratively improve solutions.
- Utilize AI tools effectively for research, coding, automation, and productivity enhancement.
- Independently learn and apply new technologies to real projects.
- Work closely with developers, product thinkers, and other team members to transform ideas into usable products.
- Document experiments, findings, failures, and lessons learned thoroughly.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing original and innovative ideas.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, EdTech, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep curiosity about AI, software, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to understand concepts thoroughly rather than memorize information.
- Willingness to experiment, learn from failures, and persistently improve.
- Capability to independently and collaboratively research and learn new technologies.
- Creative thinking and the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine interest in building practical solutions beyond academic success.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience is not mandatory; however, projects, experiments, GitHub repositories, hackathons, or open-source contributions are highly valued.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, APIs, version control (Git/GitHub), REST APIs, JSON, databases, and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Ability to debug, test, and document technical work effectively.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid remote work arrangement based in Islamabad.
- Monthly stipend ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs30,000.
