Agay Barho is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support inventory management and logistics operations with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily stock records accurately to reflect real-time inventory levels.
- Prepare and monitor closing stock reports on both daily and monthly bases to support inventory tracking.
- Handle all stock receiving and issuance activities with strict adherence to company procedures.
- Ensure proper issue, receipt, and balance stock reports are maintained regularly and correctly.
- Perform accurate stock valuation to assist in inventory costing processes and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of issued stock to verify accuracy and maintain control over inventory.
- Coordinate with production and accounts departments to facilitate seamless stock movement and communication.
- Document all inward and outward stock transactions meticulously to aid traceability and accountability.
- Maintain physical inventory and system records to ensure consistency and reliability of data.
- Support management during internal and external stock audits by providing relevant data and clarifications.
- Monitor stock discrepancies proactively and report shortages, damages, or inconsistencies without delay.
- Ensure proper storage and organized arrangement of inventory items to optimize warehouse space and safety.
