ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. The company is an online remittance service provider for customers out of the UK, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, including Switzerland. The company is a parent company in a group of companies with a diversified portfolio including digital wallet services in the UK and real estate, advertising businesses, and software solutions in Pakistan.

The Cross Border Payments Executive will hold a key role regarding our company’s existing Payout -Side partners, which could include Banks and MSBs.

 The Cross Border Payments Executive main role will be to support the following: Lead Generation, Research and Analysis, Strategic Initiatives, day-to-day escalations, and Dealing with existing partner-related matters.

This role is critical in maintaining quality relationships with our partners and maximizing our collaborations to their full potential. 

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Relationship Management

  • Address day-to-day inquiries and resolve escalations from Banks and Money Service Providers (MSBs).
  • Address day-to-day from internal stakeholders pertaining to our numerous partners.
  • Build and sustain high-quality, collaborative relationships with existing partners to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and rapid issue resolution.

2. Lead Generation & Strategic Research

  • Conduct research to identify lead generation opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem.
  • Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Gather and interpret data to support targeted relationship strategies and recommend growth opportunities.

3. Strategic Initiatives & Growth Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute initiatives that expand and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Participate in and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company's partnership goals.
  • Work with partners to maximize the potential of existing collaborations through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Monitor Partner KPIs and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance processes and optimize the partner relationship experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of partner engagements, ensuring alignment with internal standards and objectives.
