ACE Money Transfer a Global Fintech company is looking for an experienced and Organic Social Media Content Creator to join our Rawalpindi Office in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute organic social media content plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative marketing, to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all social media channels.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and integrate them into content plans.
Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 01-02 years of social media content creation experience.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media content plans that drive engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and measurement tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
