  • We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Communication Trainer to join our team for a temporary assignment of 03 to 06 months.
  • The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to conduct structured training sessions aimed at improving the Communication proficiency ,accent of our customer-facing personnel along with customer services communications.
  • The trainer will work to design and deliver effective training programs that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials focused on communication skills, including active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and persuasive communication.
  • Assess the current proficiency levels of participants and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to identify training needs and assess training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to help ACE employees to improve their communication techniques.
  • Assess the training needs of call centre staff and tailor programs accordingly to address identified gaps and improve overall service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with call centre management to align training objectives with business goals and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ACE Customer Xperience , offering constructive feedback to enhance their English communication skills continuously.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and communication to keep training content relevant and effective.
  • Develop training manuals, guides, and online resources to facilitate ongoing learning and reference for staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communication and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred  & Certification in English language teaching (e.g., IELTS, TESOL) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an English language trainer, IELTS Trainer or similar role.
  • Proven experience as a trainer in a call centre environment or relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve learning goals. Strong understanding of call centre operations and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in training evaluation metrics and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duration and Compensation:This is a temporary position for 03 to 06 months can be permanent based on the situation.   Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.********************************************
