Autodesk Revit Expert

Afkar Associates is seeking an Autodesk Revit Expert with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Autodesk Revit and excels at creating complex designs using Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The candidate must be comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project coordination. Attention to detail and the ability to adapt designs to meet evolving project requirements are essential for success in this position.

The role does not require team management but does demand strong independent work skills and the capability to support multidisciplinary project teams.

The objective is to leverage your skills to produce accurate, high-quality Revit models that align with design intent and industry standards, ultimately enhancing project efficiency and outcome quality.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed and accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit based on project specifications and design requirements.
Create parametric design elements and families to support customized project needs and improve modeling efficiency.
Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
Coordinate and review models with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design consistency and resolve clashes or discrepancies.
Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) best practices to enhance project collaboration and data management.
Modify and update Revit models in response to design changes, client feedback, and project developments.
Ensure all project documentation meets company standards and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project delivery and coordination.
Maintain accurate record-keeping of model versions and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Support quality control processes by conducting thorough model checks and validation prior to submission.
Utilize model coordination tools and methodologies to improve multidisciplinary integration and reduce errors.
Assist with detailing and drafting tasks to supplement design documentation and facilitate construction activities.
