Afkar Associates is seeking a skilled 3Ds Max Expert with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional proficiency in 3Ds Max Modeling, Lighting and Rendering, Animation and Rigging, as well as expertise in 3D and Architectural Visualization. This role requires the ability to create high-quality visual content that meets international standards, comparable to the style and quality showcased by leading architectural visualization studios such as MICASA Design & Architecture. The candidate must be detail-oriented and able to deliver refined, photorealistic renders that effectively communicate architectural concepts and design intent. In this position, you will work independently without managing a team, focusing on producing exceptional visual assets for architectural projects. Your work will contribute directly to our client presentations and design development phases, requiring strong technical abilities in 3Ds Max and Chaos Corona rendering software. A passion for creating compelling and visually appealing 3D environments that align with global industry standards is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D models using 3Ds Max software based on architectural plans and design parameters.
- Produce high-quality lighting setups, texture mapping, and rendering to create realistic and visually stunning architectural visualizations.
- Utilize Chaos Corona rendering engine to achieve photorealistic results that meet or exceed international industry standards.
- Create engaging animations and rigged models that effectively communicate spatial design and architectural concepts.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project goals and ensure visualizations align with client expectations.
- Review and refine 3D visualizations to ensure technical accuracy, aesthetic quality, and consistency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural visualization trends and software advancements to continuously improve output quality.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Produce final visual presentations that are clear, compelling, and suitable for client approval and marketing purposes.
- Ensure all work adheres to the quality benchmarks demonstrated by top-tier international architectural visualization studios such as MICASA Design & Architecture.
