Order Booker

Afil Industries, a leading FMCG company operates in Pakistan, is seeking a proactive Order Booker to join our Karachi-based sales team! In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in ensuring orders are recorded precisely and processed smoothly. You will be responsible for visiting retail stores of assigned territory, collecting orders, and ensuring products reach stores on time. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG market, allowing you to build strong relationships with retailers.

Responsibilities:

Regularly visit assigned territory and other stores to collect orders.
Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and promptly communicated to the warehouse and delivery teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
Address customer inquiries and provide information on product features, availability, and promotions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Provide insights and recommendations to the sales manager based on field observations.
Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment.
Prevent stockouts and overstock situations by providing accurate demand forecasts.
Ensure that promotional materials and displays are properly set up and maintained in retail outlets.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
Proven 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales/order booking, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
Self - Motivated and results – oriented with positive attitude.
