  • Must be fully aware of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Track sales data and work to meet sales team goals.
  •  Identify opportunities to enhance and increase the services offered to clients.
  •  Educate customers regarding services.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints with the help of the manager.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Verbal and Non-Verbal English communication
  • Experience with SAP and other software like CRM is a plus
  • Confident and Strong personalities, focused on personality enhancement
