The Subject Specialist will be responsible for creating comprehensive instructional content, enhancing the overall quality of Urdu language education within the organization. Responsibilities
- Design and develop Urdu curriculum and textbooks in accordance with National Curriculum Standards.
- Create detailed lesson plans and supportive teaching materials to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and update existing Urdu educational content to ensure quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with academic teams to implement curriculum changes and improvements effectively.
- Monitor student progress and adapt instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Provide guidance and support for teachers on effective Urdu teaching strategies and methodologies.
- Stay current with educational trends and advancements in Urdu language teaching.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions focused on curriculum implementation and lesson planning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of curriculum resources and instructional frameworks.
- Contribute to the overall strategic goals of the educational institution by offering subject matter expertise in Urdu.
