Afaq(G) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lead Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on teachers, principals, and parents. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in training needs analysis and facilitation skills, with a minimum of three to five years of teaching experience combined with specialized training experience. This role is located across Sargodha, Gujrat, and Islamabad, and requires someone with a deep understanding of educational methodologies and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. A Masters degree with B.Ed or M.Ed qualifications is preferred to ensure a strong academic foundation in education.
The Lead Trainer plays a critical role in assessing training requirements, delivering effective presentation sessions, and evaluating the impact of training programs. This position focuses on enhancing the capabilities of educators and parents through targeted teacher training and principal training sessions. The role requires exceptional presentation skills and strong expertise in training evaluation and assessment to continuously improve the educational outcomes and support community growth through education.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for development among teachers, principals, and parents.
- Design, develop, and deliver dynamic training programs and workshops focused on educators professional growth and parental involvement in education.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions using diverse methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure maximum participant engagement.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and performance measurements to refine and improve future sessions.
- Develop instructional materials and training resources to support delivered programs and reinforce learning objectives.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to trainee teachers and principals, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with educational stakeholders to customize training content that aligns with organizational goals and local educational standards.
- Coordinate logistics related to training sessions across the locations of Sargodha, Gujrat, and Islamabad to ensure smooth delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and best practices to maintain training relevance and effectiveness.
- Report training outcomes and progress to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making regarding learning initiatives.
