Afaq(G) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lead Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on teachers, principals, and parents. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in training needs analysis and facilitation skills, with a minimum of three to five years of teaching experience combined with specialized training experience. This role is located across Sargodha, Gujrat, and Islamabad, and requires someone with a deep understanding of educational methodologies and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. A Masters degree with B.Ed or M.Ed qualifications is preferred to ensure a strong academic foundation in education.
The Lead Trainer plays a critical role in assessing training requirements, delivering effective presentation sessions, and evaluating the impact of training programs. This position focuses on enhancing the capabilities of educators and parents through targeted teacher training and principal training sessions. The role requires exceptional presentation skills and strong expertise in training evaluation and assessment to continuously improve the educational outcomes and support community growth through education.
